Position 1. Branch Manager Class IV Branch
Qualification & Experience:
BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics plus minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience of which 3 years in a supervisory position.
Position 2. Manager – Regional Human Resource & Administration (Re- Advertised)
Qualification & Experience:
BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, and Public Administration & Development Management or related discipline plus a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Human Resource Management role preferably in the banking sector which 3 years in supervisory position.
Position 3. Awash Bank Ikhlas/ Customer Service Manager I for IFB Branches
Qualification & Experience:
BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Economics or related discipline plus minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 3 years at operational work. Having a knowledge of Interest Free Banking/Islamic/Sharia principles is a must
Position 4. Awash Bank Ikhlas/ Customer Service Officer/ Direct Sales Representative for IFB Branches
Qualification & Experience:
BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Public Administration and Development Management, International Trade & Investment Management, Cooperative Business Management & Auditing. Having a knowledge of Interest Free Banking/Islamic/Sharia principles is a must
Term of Employment: Permanent for all Positions
Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
