Job Description: The Customer Service Clerk is responsible to make front office customer service support at branch. She/he will handle payment,collection transactions , account maintenance and respond to customer inquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at branch level.
Requirements
- Diploma/ level 4 in a business related field e.g. Management,Accounting,Marketing Management, Business Administration or any other related and equivalent field.
- COC certified
- Certificate in Basic Computer skill.
- One year on service sector.
- Not more than 25 years of age
Required technical competency:
- Understands the basic financial products and services.
- Â Good knowledge of Bank accounting and procedures.
- Â Ability to respond to client inquiries and have the capacity of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
- Â Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications
