USAID Agency NGO Job Vacancy 2022 The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID/Ethiopia), is seeking offers from qualified persons to provide personal services under contract (CCN) as described in the attached solicitation for USAID Project Management Specialist (Deputy Operations Team Leader) – re advertised, FSN-12, solicitation no. 72066322R10012.

Position: Project Management Specialist

Education: A minimum master’s degree in international development, management, economics, business, or a similar field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in operations, finance, monitoring and evaluation, and or general management position.

Language: English Level IV.

Eligible Offerors are required to complete and submit:

  • the offer form DS-174 (Application for U.S. Federal employment) along with a cover letter DS-174 Application form can be found in the U.S. embassy website; or
  • a resume in English
  • a written statement that responds to the requirements of the position (Section III: Evaluation and Selection Factors), and
