Tsehay Bank S.C. would like to recruit qualified candidates for the following positions.

Tsehay Bank is a share company established on July 23, 2022 with business license issued as per the banking business proclamation no. 592/2008. It commenced operation with an authorized capital of Birr 2.8 billion and paid-up capital of 734 million Birr. It comprises a limited number of 373 shareholders.

Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer 

Educational Qualification:

A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline

Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee

Position 2. Junior Customer Service Officer – IFB Full-fledged Branch

Qualification: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline

Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee on IFB Window/ Branch

Position 3: Customer Service Officer 

Educational Qualification:

Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer

Position 4: Customer Service Officer – IFB Full-fledged Branch

Qualification: – A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline

Experience: – Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer on IFB Window/ Branch

Position 5: BRANCH MANAGER I

Educational Qualification:

A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking &
Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline

Experience: Must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years’ service at a supervisory level
