We are pleased to announce the following vacancy for Manager – Regional Sales within the Enterprise Business Unit Function in Ethiopia. In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below.

Reporting to Executive Head Sales (Direct), the role holder will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing sales processes, projects & programs required to enable an efficient and effective sales organization, aimed at large enterprises and the public sector. Exceed all sales budgets, customer retention, and product sales. Ensure people are motivated and highly skilled –‘Our people as differentiator’. Accountable for all KPI department reporting and responsible for all communication within the department.

Position 1: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Bahirdar

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field.
  • Post-graduate certification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Team player, strong influence, and relationship management
  • Ability to engage and influence at all levels of management, internally and externally.
  • Has worked in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and must have good problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (articulate) coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to create and develop efficient processes.
  • Project management skills

Position 2: Territory/Corporate Account Manager

Location: Semera,Debre Birhan, Arbaminch, Welayita Sodo, Gambella, Nekemt, Bishoftu, Gonder, Jijiga, Harar

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s  degree
  • At least 3 years of exposure in Service and/or Customer management for major corporate clients, commercially savvy with a detailed understanding of the technologies the company is selling and issues that typically arise
  • Industry certifications would be an added advantage (ITIL Foundation, MCP/MCSE, CCNA, etc.)

Position 3: Product Lead (Data, Content, and Post-Pay)

Location: Addis Ababa

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical or Commercial discipline from a recognized university
  • Experience of 6 years in a high result-oriented organization with at least two in a mid-level managerial role in a commercial setting driving growth through products and innovation.
  • Understanding of GSM and related Telecom Technologies and Platforms
  • Ability to project manage cross-functional teams with experience in leading agile squads to deliver a common mission.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills with customer-first focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with good listening, critical reasoning, and analytical skills
  • Team player with excellent influencing skills and a high level of initiative and self-drive

Position 4: IT Service Desk Engineer

Location: Addis Ababa

Employment Type: Full Time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, information systems, or similar.
  • ITIL Certification is desired with at least two years’ experience in an IT performance analysis and end-user support role.
  • 2+ years working as a help desk specialist, and In-depth and current knowledge of computer programs and hardware.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) and task management software.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of help desk software and remote-access systems.
