Responsibilities:
- Create and administer a successful social compliance program.
- Establish good internal controls and monitor their implementation.
- Create and amend corporate policies
- Conduct proactive audits of procedures, practices, and records to detect flaws.
- Assess compliance risk by evaluating manufacturing operations.
- When necessary, collaborate with external auditors and human resources.
- Educate and teach employees about industry rules and procedures Address any issues or queries about social compliance.
Qualifications and abilities
- Demonstrated experience as a Social Compliance Officer or Manager
- Risk management experience
- At least two years of experience performing social compliance audits
- Knowledge of industry practices and professional standards
- Outstanding communication abilities
