Job Title: Junior Human Capital Officer

Description: Duties and Responsibilities:
Participates for the preparation of annual human resources plan of the organization and operational plan of the Human Resource Division.
Undertakes recruitment campaigns from start to finish, this includes assessing requirements, gaining a detailed brief and plan with Managers.
Participates for the process of recruitment and selection, placements, promotions, transfers, separation, grievance and disciplinary issues compliance to HR policies and procedures.
Actively undertakes staff benefits administration including medical fund/scheme, leave management, insurance coverage and con in the organization (number of employees, age and sex category, education, experience, etc) and Gathers data on organizational structure (number of staff in each work unit, salary scale, job title).
Prepares the announcement letters from the selected method of announcement.
Receiving the applicants hard or electronically document and prepares candidates profile.
Completes employment formalities and issues recruitment letter.
Contacts the selected candidates for interview and/or employment offer.
Gathers and organizes staff performance appraisal data.
Gather and organizes periodical HR statistical reports to support management decision and compensation management processes and handles employee contract renewal and related HR processes.
Maintains and updates personnel documents in the personnel database system by making timely entries of new employees and deleting those who have left the organization upon receiving authorization.
Facilitates different letters and reports that are requested by the organization and/or the employees.
Job Requirements
Education: Degree in HRM/ Management/Business Administration/BIS/ or other relevant fields
Experience:1 year and above of relevant work experience
Skill: Effective communication and writing skill

The Sales Supervisor is in charge of implementing the Companies ”Shega Zenbil” Sales Process focusing on target segments and building a sales pipeline for Shega Zenbil products which is supported by SFA and Shega zenbil App.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and prepares strategies and executing plans for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
- Identify highly demanded products in your assigned area of responsibility
- Manage the daily weekly and monthly, Retail orders on the app through their respective CSR
- Minimum 35 Outlet Visit of which must Cover all areas of your CSR.
- Allocating Target to your Sales Team based on their respective area Sales Potential.
- Manage the number of outlets visited, number of product sold, customer complaint handling
- Trace your sales team daily operations by Sales Force Automation
- Own the sales process from prospect to lead to closed deal
- Support salesmen to set realistic and aggressive monthly targets and support deal closure and approval.
- Make recommendations when needed on sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
- Insure Sales Target is achieved in your assigned Sales Territory
- Train Retailers every day to place their orders via Shega Zenbil Apps
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction, specifically with assigned channel partners
- Sales and orders status update every two hours
- Assist in carrying out the established sales processes and identify improvements where and when required
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the sales Team
- File necessary sales related documents including distribution and sub-distribution agreements
- Maintain strong market awareness and study market developments and competitors information’s and share to your immediate managers.

and embark on an exciting journey in the core of Sales, business development and
distribution
As a CSR, you will be Responsible to Shega Zenbil’s Most important KPIs: growth and profitability.
– You will focus on Daily Outlet Visit and Order Generation
– Train Retailers to place orders online using Shega zenbil App,
– Securing the daily sales Target, asper the Target allocated to your territory by your immediate supervisor
– Following up the end -to-end sales cycle from order placement, order delivery, Receipt issue to the Retailers, cash collection, cash deposit and Finally Online and offline Daily, weekly and Monthly Reports.
