Job Purpose: the role of the candidate is to maximize the Bank’s foreign currency mobilization and utilization by identifying opportunities for negotiation with remittance agencies, providing information for proper allocation of foreign currency resources, responding to queries from correspondent banks and tracking the performance of Forex Bureaus and remittance agencies.

Job Purpose:
- To support the Bank to achieve its business objectives through effectively managing its human resources by designing, analyzing and evaluating jobs planning for and availing the required talent at the right time and place

- facilitating organizational communication platforms
- administering swift separation of employees.
- Manage employee performance (IPMS), compile leave management data of employees, facilitate the delivery of training, and facilitate the administration of employee’s benefits.
