Awash Bank invites competent and qualified candidates for the following positions.
1. Principal – Human Resource Business Partnership Officer
Qualification & Experience:
BA Degree in Public Administration, Management, Human Resource Management or related field plus a minimum of 7 years experience in related experience with a minimum of 2 years in Senior position.

2. Principal – Performance and Result Management Officer
Qualification & Experience:
BA Degree in Public Administration, Management, Human Resource Management or related field plus a minimum of 7 years experience in related field with a minimum of 2 years in Senior position.

3. Principal – Technology Project Officer
Qualification & Experience:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines with a minimum of 6 years in the area of IT project management like software projects, infrastructure projects, or IT-enabled business projects.
-Knowledge of IT project management
-Knowledge of recent database technologies
-Knowledge of recent programming/software development life cycle
-Knowledge of enterprise integration platforms
-Knowledge of operating systems on AIX, Linux, and windows server

4. Technology Project Officer-II
Qualification & Experience:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines plus a minimum of 3 years in the area of IT project management like software projects, infrastructure projects or IT-enabled business projects. A minimum of 1 year of Database Design and Analysis is required
-Knowledge of IT project management
-Knowledge of recent database technologies
-Knowledge of recent programming/software development life cycle
-Knowledge of enterprise integration platforms
knowledge of operating systems on AIX, Linux, and windows server

5. IT Project Quality Assurance Officer-II
Qualification & Experience:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines plus a minimum of 4 years of experience in the area of IT project quality assurance, software testing, and IT project management.
-Knowledge of IT project management
-Knowledge of recent software tests and Quality Assurance tools
Knowledge of enterprise applications SIT and UAT test case Development and Management

6. Assistant Contact Center – Front Office
Qualification & Experience:
BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or related discipline.
-Knowledge of the Somali Language is Mandatory.
Term of Employment: Permanent for all Positions
Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
