Awash Bank invites competent and qualified candidates for the following positions.
1. Branch Manager Class IV Branch
Qualification and Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience of which 3 years in a supervisory position.

2. Principal – Business Intelligence and Innovation Officer
Qualification and Experience: BA Degree in Business Management/ Economics/Finance/Accounting or related field plus a minimum of Six years’ experience, with at least 2 years as a Senior Officer. Masters in a Business-related course (added advantage)
Professional course in related fields (added advantage).

3. Talent Management Officer
Qualification and Experience: BA Degree in Public Administration, Management, Human Resource Management or related field plus a minimum of 3 years experience in Human resource area.

4. Administrative Assistant I
Qualification and Experience: BA Degree in Administrative Services Management and Technology System or related field plus a minimum of Two (2) years of relevant work experience in Secretarial Service.

5. Audio Visual and Documentation Officer
Qualification and Experience: Diploma in Electronics, Photography & Video or related fields. Courses in communication and advertisement (added advantage) Plus, a minimum of 5 years in photography and editing.

6. CCTV Camera Officer and Technician
Qualification and Experience: Diploma in Electronics or related fields.
Technical certification in CCTV, Camera & Videography, IT (added advantage).
Certificate of Police/Military, and other security (added Advantage). Plus, a minimum of two (2) years of experience.
Experience as a police/military, and security.

7. Customer Service Officer I/ Direct Sales Representative
Qualification and Experience: BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, and Development Management, International Trade & Investment Management, Cooperative Business Management & Auditing.
Term of Employment: Permanent for all Positions
Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
Salary & Benefits: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale & Benefits Package
