Position 1: Branch Cashier I
Education: First Degree in Accounting /Banking / Management
Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience
Competency:
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial management principles and practices
- Good knowledge of the financial management policies and procedures of the Banks
- Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates;
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills;

Position 2: Human Resource Clerk
Education: College Diploma in Human Resource Management/Management or related field certified with COC.
Experience: two (2) years of relevant experience
Competency:
- Basic knowledge of principles and practices of HR and general management.
- Ability to systematically maintain personnel files and records
- Ability to draft routine letters and memos.
- Basic computer application skills
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 3: Customer Service Officer
Education: First Degree in Accounting/ Management/ Economics or related fields
Work Experience: 1 year of experience as a Graduate Trainee
Competency:
- Knowledge of banking principles and practices
- Knowledge of Cash Management practices of banks
- Good knowledge of Cash Management policies and procedures of the Bank

Position 4: Branch Accountant I
Education: First Degree in Accounting or related fields
Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience
Competency:
- Knowledge of banking operation
- Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles and practices
- Knowledge of policies, procedures and regulations of the bank
- Basic computer application skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Basic computer application skills
Place of Work: Adama
Position 5: Branch Auditor I
Education: First Degree in Accounting /Banking / Management
Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience
Competency:
- Extensive knowledge of banking operation
- Extensive knowledge of national and international banking and financial management practices and procedures
- Ability to work with senior executives
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
Required Number: 2 (two)

Position 6: Branch Manager I
Education: First Degree in Accounting /Banking /Management or related fields.
Experience: 6 years of banking experience at branch level; four of which in supervisory positions.
Competency:
- Thorough knowledge of accounting, business law and financial management
- Thorough knowledge of financial policies and regulations of the Bank
- Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
